Have I ever told you HOW MUCH I love July 4th?
I am such a pomp and circumstance gal all of the way around. I love the fireworks. I love the summertime and the heat.
I LOVE Freedom and all that it brings with it. I am such an independent type of girl.
And I LOVE those colors. If you've been around here for long, you already know that. Ha!!
So today I'm sharing my fun mason jar centerpiece I just finished up for the 4th. Hope you enjoy!
Here are the steps for making it.
1. Put red, white, and turquoise sand in layers in the bottom of mason jars.
2. Tie either fabric ribbon or baker's twine around the tops of the jars. {have you ever noticed how much I love that stuff?}
3. Cut out these cute
July 4th Printables, mod podge them onto some wooden circles. Glue them on to wooden skewers. Then put them into some pretty vintage paper straws before inserting them into the sand. I also used some washi tape at the tops of some of them as little cute flags.
4. Paint and distress six wooden frames. Place the finished jars on top of them. (I also used some fun scrapbook paper underneath to act as placemats.
5. Enjoy and celebrate!!
