This sauce is YUMMY and can be used on bread to make mini pizzas, or noodles, rice, etc. This is how I make it!
Start by cutting green onions...
Then take some portobella mushrooms
and slice them in small pieces
Saute green onions and mushrooms in small amount of oil
Add olives...
Then add some Italian seasoning and salt...
Then add tomatoes...
Simmer till juice is evaporated...
Turn off burner and sprinkle on some cheese...
Enjoy on a piece of toasted bread!!
This is such a quick and delicious supper
and you can make add or delete any of the
ingredients to your liking!
